Refund & Cancellation

    • Services, Training Programs and Course Fees: All fees paid for courses on our online training service are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
    • Exceptions: Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues preventing service, training and course access, or if the service provider cancels a course. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@perusaltech.com within 3-6 days of the issue.
    • Refund Process: To request a refund, users must contact our customer support team within 60 days of the purchase date. Refund requests should include the reason for the request and any supporting documentation.
    • Service charges & Tax will be deducted from the total amount.
    • Consulting with our Experts is priced at 999/- for a 15-minute session, with a non-refundable policy..
    • The charges for Other Services, Training, and Courses will vary depending on factors such as the type of service, behavior, and duration chosen by the user.
  2. Cancellation Policy
    • User-initiated Cancellations: Users may request to cancel their enrollment in a course. The refund policy (section 1) will apply.
    • Service Provider Cancellations: The service provider reserves the right to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, including insufficient enrollment or the unavailability of instructors. In such cases, affected users will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
